With ever increasing business demands, project management has today come very much to the fore with one body or individual appointed to manage a project from commencement through to completion. Instructions are usually based on a brief from the Client that specifies performance, cost, location and programme. With a range of disciplines in house UKBS are able to offer a complete service on behalf of the Client thereby removing his day to day involvement.

Usually appointed at inception, our Project Managers can undertake feasibility studies, select the design team, programme the works, prepare drawings and obtaining the necessary consents, produce tender documents, invite tenders and inspect the works through to completion to agreed cost budget and performance brief. Our Clients are kept informed throughout the programme and will be called upon to make any necessary major decisions within the agreed programme.
